LPDA is working with ATAPCO Properties and Ryan Homes to develop landscape architecture for a 800 unit amenity based community in Anne Arundel County. Since it’s inception LPDA has been working closely with the Client to develop a landscape and hardscape palette that complement the site’s character and Ryan Homes’ unique architecture to this community. The scope of design services included: entrance feature design, streetscape, several pocket parks, a dog park, landscape and hardscape for the community clubhouse, and recreation areas.

LPDA has also developed the landscape design and hardscape design for the Creekside Village Apartment in Creekside Village.

Our scope of services includes conceptual design, approvals, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.

Creekside was recognized by the Maryland Builders Industry Association (MBIA) as a Planned Unit Development of the Year
