4707 Columbia Pike is a 4-story mixed use building in the Columbia Pike Revitalization
District of Arlington, Virginia. The site has first floor retail components and offers high
end amenities to its residents. This project is in the permitting stages and construction
will begin shortly.

ROLE:

• Worked with the Client and Design Team to create a new streetscape along
  Columbia Pike that would incorporate street trees, furnishings and a platform for
  the planned transit station.
• Developed a similar streetscape along Buchanan Street.
• Worked with the architect and client to design a courtyard space for the residents
  to enjoy that will include a barbecue area, fire pit, trellises, planter walls and live
  plantings that will surround the courtyard and provide privacy to the adjacent
  tenants and private patio spaces.
