David is part of the LPDA Sterling Office team. David’s creativity, technical proficiency and comprehensive landscape architecture skills are instrumental in the development of quality plans for a range of projects. He is the company leader in 3D visualization, from scoping to final client delivery, of still and animated imagery. The imagery that he produces is integral in the success of winning proposals, submissions of entitlement applications, as well as sales graphics. David’s accurate, detailed model building has made 3D visualization a standard part of our design development workflow. His ease with 3D modeling provides the information and support graphics to clients to facilitate confident design approvals.
David is a versatile contributor to both of LPDA’s offices. As Production Director, his tasks range from marketing projects, staff training, production, design development and project management. He is instrumental in a variety of projects from planning communities, designing parks & trails, residential amenity spaces, and monuments. He is capable of conducting thorough site analysis, rendering illustrative plans, creating detailed construction documents, and leading client meetings. Also, David’s experience in construction practices and materials make him a practical solution oriented designer. He works with a focus on improving quality and efficiency, especially in graphics and CAD production.
Beyond analysis and design, David is a knowledgeable resource at LPDA, bringing an eclectic set of skills gained from over 10 years of professional photography and I.T. experience. He also supports LPDA’s ownership with hardware and software, keeping our firm primed for the ever increasing demand for 3D graphics.
