Villages of Piedmont is a multi phase mixed density development in Haymarket, Virginia. Originally developed in the mid-2000’s, LPDA’s client, Equinox Investments is currently finishing the project. The project has over 380 acres of preserved lands. The project is currently under construction.

ROLE:

• LPDA worked with the Client to develop recreation concepts for trails, clubhouses, pools, and rec fields as well as enhanced landscape along planned and existing roadways.
