Tanyard Springs is a large planned unit development south of Baltimore. The project exist in a highly competitive corridor for new housing. LPDA worked with the Client to develop a program for several open spaces and key amenity areas within the project. LPDA’s role in the project included concept design, marketing graphics, construction documents and administration.
